A: For physical items that you have purchased, we want you
to be completely satisfied with your order. If your items arrive
damaged in any way, please return them to us for a full refund.

that you will be returning the damaged items by mail, then ship

If you would like to return any of your purchased items, and THEY
ARE ARE IN RESALABLE CONDITION (shrink-wrapped, new-in-box), you
may ship them back to us for a full refund. Ship your unwanted and
unused/unopened items back to us at the address above.
For Digital items purchased from the Digital Downloads Store, no
returns or exchanges are possible. But, if you are not completely
satisfied with your digital items, please let us know within 30

via Google Checkout.

long will my order take to be shipped?
A: For physical merchandise,
if we have your item in stock, we will ship your order within 72
hours of receipt. For Digital Downloads, you should receive your
download link immediately following completion of payment through
Google Checkout. On the page after you complete your Google
Checkout order, be sure to click the button to "Complete Purchase",
which takes you to your unique download page where you can download
your purchased digital items.

A: The download link for your purchased downloads will come

download link will appear on the "Thank You" page immediately
following the completion of your Google Checkout transaction. Be
sure to click on the "Complete Purchase" button at the end of the
payment process on Google Checkout so you can be taken to your
download page.
